Improved performance has been witnessed in the last two years due to a recent review on credit administration and additional value noted, as indicated in the impact analysis.
- Credit management/process leading to quality loan portfolio - the loaning process has been more prudent starting from the member advice appraisal, follow-ups and recovery. Equally, the department has employed a more interactive approach when building branch staff capacity and this has resulted a in more positive attitude.
- Liquidity position – the society liquidity position has been healthier and on the other hand a challenge on how it should invest for maximum returns.
